  1. Crack the 4 eggs into a small bowl.
  2. Add the baking powder, sweetener, and milk to the eggs and bit with a fork until thoroughly blended.
  3. Spray a cup with cooking spray.
  4. Transfer the dough to the cup.
  5. Microwave for 2 minutes
  6. Once baked (microwaved) transfer the bread to a side plate so that it can cool off.
  7. Alternatively you can slice while hot and enjoy with butter!

The ingredients of this free low carb recipe can be duplicated to fit the amount of bread you want. In the case that a cup is no longer practical,  I’d use a silicone loaf pan to make the bread enough for at least 4 people.
