Nothing ensures diet failure like the lack of freedom and options.  What I like most about the low carb lifestyle is that it allows one just that, options!

I love these -ingredient recipes.  The are easy to whip up, much easier than their sugar loaded alternatives. I do have an almost similar low carb jello cheesecake.  The difference is that the above uses a cherry flavored gelatine – while mine is plain.

I do these all the time! Cake in a mug is one of my favorite low carb desserts. With a few tweaks of the ingredients, these recipes in a mug can easily become good ol’ bread. This recipe requires only peanut butter, an egg, and a sweetener.  The original uses white sugar, but I’d skip that and go for artificial sweetener instead.  A spoon of coconut flour could make it more bread-like.
